Any DATES CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS with your reservation must be done with a least 14 days of anticipation to your (Check In) date, otherwise a charge will be applied to your credit card or deposit as a penalty. Deposits in your reservation will not be refunded. A credit for the amount will be issued to be used within 6 months from the cancellation date; if your cancellation is made 14 days before your check in date. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for early check-outs.
